| What is Real Time Modelling?
Simply put it’s the use of people to model the dynamics of your team or organisation.
As the leader, you assess what is going on within your organisation that is causing problems. This information is then ‘translated’ into a physical juxtaposition of a group of volunteers who represent the individuals concerned. This is the opening position.
Feedback from each person’s position, including yours as the leader, reveals the instinctive behaviours that are influencing team performance. You will be present throughout the modelling process, contributing insights and working with the facilitator to explore possible solutions.
